We've purchased several licenses over the years (more than once) from the sales team (due to the quantity).

Now, after two years of using it, nobody seems interested in selling this license again, and no one is responding! The licenses have already expired, and users are getting license errors! Awesome!!!

I’ve lost all faith in this sales team!

I really hoped to enjoy ONLYOFFICE, but after using it for a few days, I've run into several crashes. The document I'm working on just vanishes, and then a message pops up suggesting I use "save as..." to create a backup. But honestly, that "save as..." option doesn't help when the crash happens. The latest time it crashed was while I was trying to finish an important paper for my college class. I ended up losing hours of work. From what I've seen in other forum discussions, this seems to be an ongoing issue. It's a fantastic word processor when it actually works. Sadly for ONLYOFFICE, I’ll always choose something dependable and safe over something that’s buggy and risky. Just a heads up!
